Please join the Sports Business Leadership Association (SBLA) for its inaugural event in Nashville, “The State of Nashville Sports”

Hear more about what is making Nashville one of the best sports cities in the country from our esteemed panel:

  • Todd Heifner, COO, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, Nashville Sports Council
  • Sean Henry, President and CEO, Nashville Predators
  • Burke Nihill, Vice President and General Counsel, Tennessee Titans
  • David Williams, Vice Chancellor for Athletics and University Affairs and Athletics Director, Vanderbilt University

Event info:

Want to see Titans vs. Jaguars? After the event, you are invited to join a group heading just a mile down the street to Nissan Stadium to watch the Titans take on Jaguars in Thursday Night Football. Discounted group tickets ($68) to the game are available by calling Kevin Soto, Group Sales Tennessee Titans at 615-565-4206. Let Kevin know that you are with the “SBLA Group” and say thanks for the great deal!

What is the SBLA? The SBLA’s charitable goal is to provide children with the resources necessary to engage in unique sports experiences or to attend sports camps. We hope to change children’s lives by providing these opportunities and assisting them to pursue their dreams previously thought not to be achievable. The SBLA is a 501(c)(3) organization and gift tax receipts can be provided. Learn more about the SBLA: https://nationalsbla.com/

Who should come? We encourage all current or aspiring sports business professionals to attend.

What to wear? Business casual.

What does it cost? The event is free but we suggest a $20 donation to this great cause (all proceeds go to the charity). There will also be a raffle for various Nashville sports merchandise at the event.

There will be food and drinks right? Of course, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available (thank you, WeWork) as well as some sweet treats.
