June 2016 The Ohio State University Football Camp

The SBLA continues to fulfill its charitable mission by providing children less fortunate in our communities with the resources necessary to engage in unique sports experiences by attending a sports camp. With the funds the SBLA raised in the first quarter of 2016, as the result of your generous donations, we were able to provide Alijah (13), Jalen (12), NuMari (13), AJ (13), and Darrell (14) with the opportunity to attend The Ohio State University’s Summer Youth Football Camp. None of these boys had attended a football camp prior to this summer. They would not have been able to attend a football camp this summer if it were not for our members’ generous donations. The SBLA was able to provide these children with the funds we raised by teaming up with the Driven Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based out of Ohio that is comprised of former Ohio State and NFL football players.
